The English translation of the scent’s Italian name is olive flower, which evokes the natural splendor of Italy. This aromatic citrus fragrance begins with the light, fresh and unquestionably Mediterranean top notes of Amalfi lemon and basil. Alongside these notes are the Eastern additions of lotus and ambrette, a plant that originates in India and is also known as musk mallow. The middle notes include the fragrance’s namesake, olive blossom, as well as the other floral contributions of magnolia and jasmine. The blend is rounded out by the earthier base notes of amber, musk and benzoin.
